Debit Cards

There are 3 ways to report a lost or stolen debit card, here’s how to report a lost or stolen FSBT Debit MasterCard® or ATM card.

By phone:
  • During business hours, please call the bank at 651.439.5195 or 800.848.4897
  • During non-business hours, please call 866.546.8273
Through the FSBT Mobile Banking app:
  1. Log into FSBT Mobile Banking app
  2. Open menu bar
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Select Manage Cards
  5. Select the card you want to report lost or stolen
  6. Select Report Lost or Stolen
  7. Tap “Report” button
  8. Tap “OK” button
  9. Please call FSBT at 651.439.5195 to order a replacement card.*
    *There may be a replacement card fee.
Through Internet Banking:
  1. Log into the Internet Banking website
  2. Click the “Options” tab
  3. Click “ATM/Debit Card” on the bar below Options tab
  4. Place checkmark in “Lost/Stolen” box for the card
  5. Click “Submit” button
  6. Please call FSBT at 651.439.5195 to order a replacement card.*
    *There may be a replacement card fee.
If you believe your card has just been temporarily misplaced, left your wallet at home or left your purse at work, you can suspend that card through our FSBT Mobile Banking app. This is also a great way to prevent your card from being used without your knowledge and protect the money in your account.

To temporary suspend your debit card, here's how:
  1. Log into FSBT Mobile Banking app
  2. Open menu bar
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Select Manage Cards
  5. Select the card you want to suspend
  6. Tap Suspend Card
  7. Confirm suspending card by taping the “Suspend” button
  8. Tap “OK” button
To reactivate a temporary suspended card, here's how:
  1. Log into FSBT Mobile Banking app
  2. Open menu bar
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Select Manage Cards
  5. Select suspended card
  6. Select Activate Card
  7. Tap “Activate” button
  8. Tap “OK” button

You could possibly be held liable for fraudulent debit card transactions if you do not report your card being lost or stolen right away. Be sure to refer to your account disclosures and the terms and conditions given at account opening for specific details. To help minimize this you from being held liable for fraudulent transactions, FSBT has a Fraud Center which proactively monitors our client’s debit card activity to protect against fraudulent transactions.
