DEBIT CARDS

There are 3 ways to report a lost or stolen FSBT Debit MasterCard® or ATM card.
 

By phone:

  • During business hours, please call the bank at 651.439.5195 or 800.848.4897
  • During non-business hours, please call 866.546.8273

Through the FSBT Mobile Banking app:

  1. Sign into Mobile Banking.
  2. Select the menu icon and select PREFERENCES.
  3. Select MANAGE CARDS.
  4. Select the card you want to report lost or stolen and select REPORT LOST OR STOLEN.
  5. Select the report icon and select OK.
Please call Bank Services at 651.439.5195 to order a replacement card. Fees may apply.
 

Through Internet Banking:

  1. Sign into Internet Banking.
  2. Select the OPTIONS tab.
  3. Select ATM/DEBIT CARD.
  4. Indicate the checkmark in the lost/stolen box for the card.
  5. Select SUBMIT.

To suspend your card

If you believe your card has just been temporarily misplaced, you can suspend that card through Mobile Banking. This is also a great way to prevent your card from being used without your knowledge and protect the funds in your account. Here's how:
  1. Sign into Mobile Banking.
  2. Select the menu icon and select PREFERENCES.
  3. Select MANAGE CARDS.
  4. Select the card you want to suspend and choose SUSPEND CARD.
  5. Select the suspend icon and select OK.

To reactivate a suspended card

  1. Sign into Mobile Banking.
  2. Select the menu icon and select PREFERENCES.
  3. Select MANAGE CARDS.
  4. Select card you want to activate and select ACTIVATE CARD.
  5. Select the activate icon and select OK.
 
You could be held liable for fraudulent debit card transactions if you do not report your card being lost or stolen immediately. Be sure to refer to your account disclosures and the terms and conditions given at account opening for specific details.
