Katie Johnson

Katie is a graduate of the College of St. Benedict where she studied Business Administration Management and Economics. An experienced trust and estate services professional, Katie began her career in trust administration in 2014 and obtained the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation in 2017. She joined the Trust Department of First State Bank and Trust in 2026. Katie enjoys working closely with individuals and families to ensure that every task, from daily administration to long-term planning, is handled with the highest level of care and close attention.  

Committed to the community, Katie is involved in various service organizations and nonprofits such as the Stillwater Noon Rotary Club, The Partnership Plan, and Bridge to Books, a nonprofit she co-founded with her sisters. She was recognized with the Outstanding Volunteer Award by Community Thread in 2023 and is a 2024 graduate of the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Leadership In The Valley program. A lifelong resident of Stillwater, Katie and her two sons love all the amenities that the area offers. In her free time, Katie enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, attending sporting events, and spending time at the family cabin in Northern Wisconsin.
