Meet our new Associate Trust Officers

Parker graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a degree in Economics in 2022. Upon graduation, Parker spent 2 years as a credit analyst at a financial institution, mostly working with commercial clients. Parker moved to Hudson and began working for First State Bank and Trust in June 2024. He is currently working on receiving his Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation to help further guide his work with clients. Outside of the bank, Parker serves on two different nonprofit boards – the Bayport Public Library Foundation and FamilyMeans Next Generation Council. 

Parker currently resides in Hudson, Wisconsin with his wife and two cats. He spends his free time going for bike rides and being an avid Wisconsin sports fan. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kris recently joined First State Bank and Trust after beginning her career in the legal field as an American Bar Association Approved Legal Assistant. She joins FSBT with over 8 years work experience in a private law firm specializing in family law and 7 years of work experience in the family and juvenile divisions at the Washington County Courts/Attorney’s Office. Along with her enthusiasm, Kris looks forward to working with the other Trust Officers and building relationships with clients. While she enjoys all aspects of the trust department, her primary interest is in the administration of trusts and estates. 

Kris lives in Osceola with her husband Tim and has three grown sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, which now includes a grandson, and enjoying nature walks with their chocolate lab!

 

Joe is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, where he earned a degree in Business Management. While in college, Joe completed an internship with a CPA firm, gaining valuable experience in accounting and financial services. Following graduation, he joined First State Bank and Trust as an Associate Trust Officer, where he is helping clients achieve their financial goals and learning more about the trust and wealth management industry.

Joe grew up in Hudson, WI, and currently lives in Saint Paul, MN. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

 

Maalik is an Associate Trust Officer with First State Bank and Trust, where he supports clients with attentive service, a strong work ethic and commitment to guiding families through their financial journey. Before joining the trust team, Maalik spent two years at FSBT as a Universal Banker gaining valuable experience in customer service, financial operations, and relationship management. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice, which contributes to a detailed oriented mindset, a strong sense of ethics and an appreciation for the importance of safeguarding clients’ interests. Maalik is striving for his Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) certification in 2026.

Originally from New Richmond, WI, Maalik lives in Stillwater, MN with his fiancé. Outside of work, Maalik loves the Green Bay Packers, enjoys golf, and spending time with family and friends.
